Mr Hickman is head of the Costs Drafting and Costs Budgeting Department and specialises in complex and substantial civil litigation matters and his portfolio includes high profile, leading firms in London and the South-east. He also provides specialist drafting skills in catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence matters and offers advice with regards to Conditional Fee Agreements and funding generally.

Mr Hickman is a leading Costs Advocate and is instructed to attend Detailed Assessments in the SCCO and County Courts throughout the country.

Mr Hickman also attends to the preparation of Schedules of Costs and auditing of Solicitors’ files.

Family Law Consultant and head of the Family Costs Department specialising in the preparation of Bills in publicly funded childcare, child abduction and general family matters where Costs Orders have been awarded.
